Aliena has updated their warranty policy. The will be putting this in with every order that ships as well.

The basic new warranty will work as follows-

*Hair is a natural fiber, when this fiber is treated in different ways such as swimming in chlorine, sun exposure, heat exposure, chemical processing, salt water exposure, sun screen contamination, and product use with alcohol etc. the hair fiber can change drastically. We are asking that when the stylist receives the hair, they wash it prior to installation. This is the only time the hair will showcase the quality from the manufacturer without it being compromised by a customer. This will allow for the stylist to feel the quality of the hair. If at that point, the hair is tangling, or dry, they would contact you as the distributor. However, these cases are extremely rare as our brand purchases the top quality hair available to the market.  If there is an issue, the distributor will then alert us to the issue so we can get it resolved. We will replace the hair immediately and request the original hair is returned to us for testing. Once the hair has been installed on a customer, we are no longer responsible for the care of the hair. In this case, the warranty is void.

 *We do realize from time to time there may be a need for a return or exchange. We will still give 30 days for this process. We will require the original package not be opened, worn or tampered with. We will have a flat $8 restock fee.
